Kaitlyn E. Clark is a freelance public relations, social media, and marketing services provider working in the New York and New Jersey area. She is a Syracuse University 2023 graduate with a B.S. in Public Relations and Political Science. She started her studies at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, before exploring and declaring a second major at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
Kaitlyn Clark is an experienced social media and marketing campaigner with a variety of skills and passions. She is well versed in website design, graphic design, brand development, publicity, pitching, and more. In her experience as a freelancer, she specializes in establishing online presence, brand consistency, benchmark goals, and media proficiency for small businesses and non-profits.
In her capacity working for non-profits, she has also developed a knack for fundraising and event planning. From crowd-funding social media campaigns to extravagant fundraising events, she is able to remain organized, strategic, and enthusiastic.
Kaitlyn’s portfolio of classwork from the Newhouse School will reflect the standard of professionalism and organization that she maintains in her career. Outside of curricular experience, she has developed leadership skills in a variety roles including team direction, as the Baked Magazine Social Media Team Manager, and classroom management.
Some of Kaitlyn’s personal passions include environmentalism and creative expression. As a life long artist, Kaitlyn feels that the Public Relations industry is uniquely situated between creative and strategic expression, making it the perfect field for her! This also puts communications professionals in the best position to address CSR issues including consumerism and environmental damage, another deep passion of Kaitlyn’s.
